[BGP] Monitoring Message “possible prefix hijack code 10″ BGPMon

This caused by the change of ASN originator.
Yes :) prefix 2404:170::/32 supposed to be originated by ASN 9340
But anyway for some reason we have to originate from ASN 38525 instead of 9340

It used to be “inconsistency AS” in cisco :)
