Getting people attention in awareness of IPv4 Exhaustion & willing to indirectly participate in IPv6 Implementation & Transition is not an easy thing to do.
More IPv6 Enabled applications might help the transition process goes a bit smooth.
While Systems had been IPv6 Ready, some applications has been developed & IPv6 enabled :
They are :
- Web based applications [http://www.ipv6.indo.net.id]
- Mail MX & POP3 [mail.ipv6.indo.net.id]
- Video Streaming [http://tube6.indo.net.id]
- Radio Internet [http://radio.indo.net.id]
Please have those accessed…

tcp 0 0 2404:170:32::49:80 2404:170:253::10:2008 TIME_WAIT

Having bandwidth shortage ?
Would like to watch TV over IP ?
Here a comparison between IPTV Kompas & IPTV IndoWebster
a. TV.KOMPAS.COM (only few channel work)
About 5″ Screen
No intermitten picture, all smooth
Port : HTTP (TCP)
Bandwidth consumed : 0 - 650 kbps

b. TV.INDOWEBSTER.COM (almost all channel works)
About 5″ Screen
No intermitten picture, all smooth
Port : UDP 6970
Bandwidth consumed : 0 - 350 kbps
Using Intel Streaming Web Video Optimizer

What we can summarize for 5″ screen size of life TV over IP would needs at least 300 kbps of bandwidth.

Again using Wireshark 1.0.0, trying to detect what really the port is being used by You Tube & IndoTube6 for streaming purpose.
Here the captured ports.
For IndoTube6 which running over dual stack IPv4 & IPv6,
On the IPv6 part the ports is TCP : start with 14xx (Source) to HTTP (80) destination on the server.

For You Tube which running only over IPv4,
The source ports are TCP : over than port 3400 to HTTP (80) destination on the server.
